They each committed to trying something different, that they wouldn't normally do, for six weeks and managed to see it through! A few of them did couch to 5k, some did 10,000 steps a day, some read a book every week or attended a new club. In recognition of their achievements, they received a little goodie bag of prizes and a certificate.
