From 3rd-7th June, Year 9 visited Condover Hall, where we had a jam-packed schedule of 5 activities a day, including one just before bed. The range of different activities included abseiling, buggy building, climbing and fencing. These activities were challenging, but really enjoyable and helped us build our confidence and team-building skills. Surrounded by supportive instructors, teachers, and friends, our trip to Condover was a fantastic experience. The food was nutritious and delicious, and the canteen staff were very friendly. Our personal favourite activity was ‘Aerial Trek’; it was exciting to overcome our fears and have fun, whilst spending time with friends and peers in a supportive environment. The accommodation was also very comfortable and it was fun to share rooms with our friends. Overall, the trip was very exciting and incredibly enjoyable.
