Members of our Sixth Form choir were invited to join Evensong at Selwyn College, Cambridge, and here share their reflection on the day:

 

"We are all incredibly thankful for the delightful opportunity we were given to join Selwyn College Chapel Choir in an evensong service full of music, laughter and an amusing microsermon on Peppa Pig to top it all off!

 

The day consisted of rehearsals in not one but two Cambridge College Chapels (Trinity Hall and Selwyn), followed by the chance to gain an insight into university musical opportunities with a splendid lunchtime piano and string quartet recital. We thoroughly enjoyed both the evensong and the dinner afterwards shared with the Chapel Choir, and the trip was the perfect way for our choir to connect and enjoy making music together."
