The U12 Netball squad attended their County Netball tournament on Wednesday 28th February at Rainham School for Girls. The team came third in the first pool against Sydenham High (1-2), Highworth Grammar (5-9) and St Dunstan’s College (5-2). They worked hard to slow their play and make tactical decisions on court.
In the second group stage, TWGGS came across some tough opposition with a mixture of wins and losses. Unfortunately the squad didn’t quite get through to the quarter-finals although they should all be very proud of their perseverance and commitment to the team this year.
